Cloud Chief is the musical universe of Chayen Wittmer, a Dutch producer and sound builder who constructs music from the ground up. Keys, guitar, his own recorded sounds, layered textures, and whatever the track asks for.
Since September 2025, AI has become part of the process, woven into his workflow alongside his own samples and creative direction. The result is a new kind of hybrid, where human instinct and machine speed meet somewhere in the middle and make something that sounds like neither.

Since September 2025, AI has become part of his creative process, working alongside his own samples and musical instincts to build a new kind of sound. A hybrid approach where the human is still driving, just with some interesting tools on the passenger seat.
